T-Mobile are still a litttle behind the rest with only an 18 month contract offering a free USB dongle with 3GB included data transfer for £15/month.

 

T-Mobile are unusual in that they claim they will ever charge for out of bundle usage - but this seems to equate to getting users to change to a higher usage contract if they regularly exceed the included allowed data transfer amount.

 

Either way, this is still preferable to Three, with their £100 per GB out of bundle charge.

 

But we still would suggest clarifying the out-of-bundle terms prior to signing up and ask for confirmation in writing,
